    Spring 2020 Has Begun!

    by Jennifer Anderson -
Ready, set...... GO! Spring 2020 is upon us!

A few reminders as we start down this road:
*Enrollment is open all of this week until 5pm on Friday (Jan 24). Students may add/drop classes until then.

*If a student still has a "pending" registration on a class because of a pre-req they took in Fall 2019, it can almost always be cleared by going in and re-processing the registration. If that doesn't work, let the Registrar's Office know and we can trouble shoot with you.

*Jr/Sr Audit requests and Grad Petitions will be processed as they are submitted - but never overnight. Please be patient and plan ahead if you need the results by a certain date.

*Have you signed up for MCC Alerts? The forecast this week is iffy (snow, ice, more snow), so be sure to go to https://mobile-text-alerts.com/subscribe/mccksalerts to sign up if you are unsure.

Welcome back, everyone. Here's to a great semester!

    Fall 2019 Finals Schedule

    by Eric Sanford -

    FINAL SCHEDULE POLICY

    1. All students are expected to take final examinations at the time scheduled. Only in cases of extreme emergency will the published examination schedule be changed. Personal plans for after-school activities, including weddings, do not constitute emergencies.  Faculty members are expected to meet with the students according to the published final period schedule.  They should not make exceptions either for themselves or individual students.  In case of emergency, the student should clear absences with the instructors involved.
    2. If you have two finals at the same time or if you have more than two finals on any one day, please see the instructors of those classes to arrange for another testing time, if desired.

    Jr/Sr Pre-Grad Audit Request

    by Eric Sanford -

Students can request a pre-grad audit after completing 60 hours or more. Requests are limited to one per year unless there has been a change in the degree intent. Further questions need to be directed to the Registrar's Office.
