If you have an issue with MCC Online course access or with an assignment or a quiz, you can try this quick fix to see if it works before you give up or try contacting Support:
Try a different Internet browser or simply delete your current browser's temporary Internet files. This will fix a large majority of student use issues.
In Internet Explorer, click on the 'cog' on the upper right, chose "Internet options," and under Browsing history ('General' tab) click the "Delete..." button. If you use Firefox, under 'Tools' click, "Clear Recent History" and make sure that under the 'details' tab that 'Cache' is checked. If you use Chrome, click on the wrench on the upper right corner, then 'Options,' and then the 'Under the Hood' tab to click the 'Clear browsing data...' button.
